Credit Fee: Due to increasing costs in the on-line credit card payment processing Crossroads changed its policy and going forward will charge a 2.5% convenience charge on the amount paid. The charge covers the costs associated with credit card processing.

  • How do I report a lost or stolen vehicle?

    If you believe your vehicle is "STOLEN", please contact the police first. Then, contact Crossroads and have the following information ready when making the report:

    • Vehicle Identification Number
    • Account Number

  • How come I can’t access my online portal?

  • Can I refinance my loan/lease?

    Crossroads will finance the TRAC or Balloon residuals at the end of the contract.

  • What is the price for a truck online?

  • Where do I get my interest paid?

  • How do I make payments online?

    Please log into the Customer Log In section of the website. If you haven’t visited the site before you will need to set up an account.

  • Is there a grace period?

    No, the payment due date is as scheduled. However, a late charge is not assessed until the 10th day after the scheduled due date.

  • Why is my payoff more than my balance?

    The balance does not include the interest charge from the due date to the payoff date.

  • When does this get reported to my credit?

    Crossroads reports the entire portfolio once a month to the credit bureaus.

  • I cannot make a payment because I didn’t receive an invoice.

    How do you expect me to pay without an invoice? The contractual obligation is due whether an invoice is received. However, if an invoice has not been received please call the customer service line and an invoice can be emailed.

  • Why am I past due if I am on auto pay?

    Many reasons could contribute to the pay due status of the account which is on autopay. Perhaps the account has been closed, insufficient funds or Crossroads was provided incorrect account information. If the account is paid through autopay and still past due a courtesy call will be made to correct the situation or a call into the customer service can update any information.

  • Why couldn’t you collect the late fees or NSF Fees along with my payment?

    Once the autopay authorization document is signed Crossroads is authorized to take only the stated amount. If other charges accrue, Crossroads is required to obtain authorization to deduct any additional charges.

  • How can I payoff my account?

    Contact the customer service number and request a payoff. Once the payoff is quoted a check or wire transfer is acceptable.

  • How long after I pay my account will I get my title?

    Crossroads will process the title work within 10 days.

  • Why can’t I pull invoices or see a lot of information on the website?
