Howard Shiebler

Howard started with Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance in January 2017. His background includes positions in corporate finance, fleet services, commercial distribution, intermodal container rental and leasing and corporate aircraft leasing. Most recently, Howard served as President and CEO of GE’s Canadian Commercial Distribution Finance unit where he had overall P&L responsibility and management of a growing multibillion dollar operation. In addition, Howard spent several years in the first dot-com era at an early internet fin-tech startup. He also has an entrepreneurial streak, having been part of several startups over the years, and he started and still owns Protector Boats, a distributor of high end boats, made in New Zealand, which ties with his personal passion for sailing.

Michael Jones

With over 25 years of experience in Financial Services and FinTech industries, Jones is a natural fit for Crossroads. His track record of building successful teams in accounting, finance, capital markets and IT makes him a powerful addition to Crossroads’ leadership team. Prior to joining Crossroads, Michael Jones was most recently CFO at Consolidated Analytics. Michael has also previously served in senior leadership roles at Lehman Brothers Bank and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Michael has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drake University. Additionally, he has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation through the CFA Institute.

Anthony Moses

Anthony joined Crossroads in August 2018. He brings an empathetic perspective to improving the industry with over 20 years' experience in management consulting and tech leadership in Big4, enterprise IT, and as a small business owner. He has deep experience in technology strategy and architecture, mergers and acquisitions, product development, digital transformation and C-suite advisory roles. Anthony served as an executive for Fortune 100 companies, and led long term IT transformations, managing large cross functional teams including developers, engineers, analysts, attorneys, and accountants. He has significant industry knowledge in transportation, financial services, healthcare, retail, high-tech, and media & entertainment. Anthony is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University.

Suzann Fakhoury

Suzann Fakhoury has been with Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance for 10 years, starting out in our Credit Department as well as working in Documentation/Funding before becoming the Credit Manager. She was also the Operations Manager for Crossroads’ Carrier Program for 2 years before returning to Credit and Documentation. As VP of Operations, Suzann oversees all areas of the business.
Suzann earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1993. She began her career in the credit/commercial lending arena over 27 years ago with LaSalle Bank NA (ABN AMRO Bank) and Heller Financial before moving on to GE Capital. In May of 2019, she became a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP).

Since joining Crossroads in 2012, Brent Stout has become a leader in vendor sales, managing teams that cover the Southwest. Prior to Crossroads, Brent was Branch Manager for Arrow Truck Sales.

Chris Sindle
VP of Insurance ServicesChris Sindle

With over ten years experience in the insurance industry, Chris Sindle has a deep knowledge and understanding of how to combine insurance, data and technology. He started his career in carbon fiber manufacturing before launching a staffing company and ultimately focusing on the insurance industry. As a strategic advisor for organizations as well as non-profits, Chris has managed large complex projects with internal, and external, stakeholders including state and federal regulators. He has launched an InsurTech MGA and other successful national insurance programs, and has partnered with some of the largest global insurance firms. Using his experience from startups and an entrepreneurial mindset, he frequently volunteers and mentors early stage startups as well as entrepreneurs. Chris is a graduate of Northern Arizona University.

Matt Schrap

Vice President of Government Programs
As VP of Government Programs, Matt Schrap is responsible for all regulatory compliance and incentive program inquiries for Crossroads, as well as compliance and grant program training and consultation for the Velocity Vehicle Group of Companies (VVG). Matt has been working in and around California government for close to 20 years where he began as an intern for the California State Assembly in 2002. Matt also held a position as a California Senate Fellow from 2004-2005 and then joined the California Trucking Association (CTA) as Director of Environmental Affairs where he worked on transportation and air quality issues on behalf of the trucking industry prior to joining Crossroads in 2010.
Today, Matt works directly with several state and national trucking, finance, air quality and transportation organizations to help shape and interpret policy affecting the industry. In addition to his Crossroads and VVG duties, Matt is also a lecturer on Trucking issues and policy for the Center for International Trade and Transportation (CITT) at California State University Long Beach (CSULB). He holds a BA in Government from California State University, Sacramento and an MA in Public Policy Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
